Plan and co-ordinate product development process from conception to final delivery.
Front-End Developer
Build newsletters, UI prototypes, liaise with development and design team and assist with execution.

Improve UI of our running e- commerce stores. Work with team of marketers and web developers to design new experiences.

Support senior SEO specialist for multiple e-commerce sites.

Work with team of digital markets & designers to maintain social media accounts of several brands.

Product Developer
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling and controlling overall delivery of a variety of products;
Understand the product requirements/document in details before project kick-start;
Ensure that all materials submitted are accurate and complete according to requirements;
Maintain, keep track and review the production process to ensure on-time project completion and
identify timeline problems to avoid missing deadline;
Coordinate key project meeting with internal team & external teams for ensuring smooth
coordination afterwards;
Notify all internal parties of product status - keep running list of projects with weekly recaps
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in consumer electronic industries is an advantage
Degree holder in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management or related discipline;
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in product development / project management or
administrative support;
With knowledge in project management methodologies, tools, and Project Life Cycle;
Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com will be a plus;
Self-motivated, strong strategic thinking and project management skills;
Accustomed to multi-tasking and fast pace working culture;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Front-End Developer
Responsibilities
Work closely with digital marketers, designers to build innovative visual solutions and experiences.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote build guidelines, best practices and standards
Passionate about creating attractive and functional visual experience

Requirements:
Solid experience with markup languages
Solid knowledge on Web/ mobile / email newsletter design / development requirements
Proficient understanding of layout aesthetics
Experience with Javascript, jQuery and CSS
Experience in A/B testing models and requirement in e-commerce environment
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
Knowledge in UX and visual communication is a plus
Communicate effectively with team / backend developers for implementation
Ability to work under tight timeline and cope with the fast pace environment
Strong logical thinking and pay attention to details
Fluent in written and spoken English

UI Designer
Responsibilities
Work closely with digital marketer to design innovative solutions for visuals and experience.
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team.
Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements:
Proven UI experience
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Good command of spoken and written English

SEO Specialist
Responsibilities
Write original content for primarily premium adult toy brands.
Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
Make technical recommendations to developers
Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisations methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance
Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
Assist managing a quarter-based marketing calendar for multiple brands
Work closely with a team of designers to ensure quality of digital assets, marketing campaigns and schedules are met.
Manage the creation and execution of digital contents to support brand building, sales promotions and marketing activities to increase brand recognition and customer retention
Conducting key word research and web statistics reporting
Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;
Keeping up to date with current digital trends and updates
Requirements:
Experience in a SEO related position in an in-house setting.
A genuine interest in SEO and/or digital marketing
Evidence of a strong personal online profile, e.g. a blog, website or connections and interactions on various social media platforms

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
Undertake design projects from conception to completion
Responsible for artwork production, graphic preparation and studio photography
Design for Print (Logos, Catalogs, Presentations, Packaging, POS material) and for Web (Optional)
Assist Design Manager and work closely with other team members in HK and China (Guangzhou)
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements:
A strong portfolio will be given preference over experience.
Ability to use Design and publishing software (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign)

Responsibilities
Plan social media content calendar of multiple brands and execute with team of designers / digital marketers
Work closely with lead digital marketers to meet marketing needs
Create engaging content with the help of in-house designers, photographer & copywriter
Grow our social media channels - YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and suggest new channels depending on each brands’ needs
Observe and analyze the interests of our followers and cater to their tastes
Create a long term relationship with users using content and social media
Maintain an active presence and engage in discussions on our social media platforms
Source influencers and set up meaningful campaigns
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years solid marketing experience in online marketing, social media, copywriting, or other marketing related fields, preferably in e-commerce industry
Experience in copywriting and/or creating content for social media platforms
Good communication skills, creative with strong market sense, self-motivated and attentive to details
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently under pressure in fast paced environment
